happy lunch
Hadn't been having meals with the group since 2 weeks ago, kinda missed the randomness topic with them over meals so kinda invited them for lunch today. Most of them can't make it so here we are. Yee, Jane, me & Christina...
Yee says," I'm having lunch with you girls because i know you peeps won't talk about exam."
Ok, i'll take that as a compliment.
Will so gonna miss the meal time we have after everything is over.

Broga Hill –coming down-
When I was up on the first peak & was happily trying my friend's DSLR, somebody walked up & said "HI~"... I was so totally surprise to see an old friend from Ipoh, Wiliam~! Haha, he came with his uni mates from Kajang. Wow... All the youth days we spent in church, memory flash backs & it's such a joy to see old friends unexpectedly! Of course, a photo is a must! After lingering around until about 8pm, we needed to head back as some of them are in a rush. Thus we took a group pic & headed down...
But then again, EVERYONE is heading down so it's yet another round of traffic~
Thus me & a few friends waited while enjoying the breeze...
And as we slowly make our way down, we came upon this tree with a swing that we saw on our way up... *it was still very dark then thus not advisable to take photos at that hour =P*
Now that it's bright daylight, we actually saw a few pairs of shoes hanging on the branches of the tree..? Takkan it's a "wishing tree"?
As we continued our journey down, we reached the part where it actually kinda scary (to me) to see clearly that the small path you're walking on is just beside this "gaung"... When you're going UP in the dark, you won't notice it THAT clearly!
And we're so glad we actually reached the ground! A photo of the start of the trail to end it all...
I must say it's a joy to be up there but it's not going through the process... *but then again, maybe it's just me =P*

Broga Hill -going up-
Since I saw smashpop's photoshots of Broga Hill, I've been amazed that the beautiful & but being a lazy person whom don't like exercise, not to mention wanting me to go HIKING!!
This month, our cg suggested we go Broga outing 'cos last month other friends went & their photos were awesome thus Broga it is! Was kinda reluctant at first due to laziness (again) & Semenyih is quite a distance, what's more the suggested time to depart is… 4AM?! Yes, they wanna go for the sunrise. Anyway, this time due i was in charge of this outing thing, how reluctant my body yells, I still have to join, right? *Psyching myself: Just this once, take the nice hotos & no next time*
Everything went pretty well that morning (though from the status of fb the night before, it's rather obvious most people couldn't get their sleep) & we reached the starting trail of Broga Hill by 5:15AM. The surrounding was completely dark at that hour, without torchlight you practically can't see your way up.
According to web search & feedback from most friends, it's rather EASY to hike that you may reach the top within like... 30minutes ? But what they didn't mention is for people woth VERY POOR stamina like me, though it's a rather "short" distance, the steepness of the hill practically want my life hiking up! *thus I kinda rested along the way while the rest continued on aiming for the sunrise*
This was my view at the point of sunrise...
And slowly, I finally reached the FIRST Peak~ and this is the path continuing on to 2nd-4th Peak, which I didn't take... =P
The contented me just stayed remaining Peak 1 to take pictures of the lalangs...
and I found this lalang that looked like a caterpillar...
Then as I was taking pic, David was done with his phototaking & I get to try out his DSLR~ *whee.. Seriously my first time trying a DSLR!* Then I tried trying out with the sky, then landscape (see how far it can zoom), and some potrait...
and then back with the lalang again *grin*...
I wanted to try taking a very nice lalang photo (like one of those I see on web), I tried with a very nice light, but the lalang a bit messy... Then a very nice, clear lalang by its own, but the light a bit pinkish... Hmm... Anyway, I'm satisfied with the result just for now :)

Oops... Somebody caught me on film playing with the DSLR... Looked kinda horrid though =P

A: Cinnamon roll? You mean in "BAKING LIFE" or REAL one?
M: Real one lah... =.=

My Entry For Blog It!
"BFF"(Best Friends Forever)... I'm pretty sure lots of ya seen this word often used to describe close friends, especially GIRLS. Weird tho, I personally don't really fancy using the term of bff though i'm a girl.
Anyway, that doesn't mean I don't have close friends. Yes, I do have various close friends at different stages of life, and I love every one of these girls in my life.
I once wrote about a crazy night out back in my college days, one of my most memorable ones. So who were the crazy girls back then? Well, they're none other than the forever-so-madness Hanee & the quiet yet sporting Dai!
I still remember going to watch the Irish tap dance performance "River Dance" with them in Bukit Jalil~ AWESOME TIME!
Over the years even after college days Hanee & Dai became such close friends of mine, that we stayed in different places (Klang, Seremban & Kulim), we'll have stay over at each others' house & their family members knows me, vice versa. We're such best buddy that when Hanee's sister got married, all of us went to the wedding...
and few years later when Hanee's brother got marry, we're all the way to Kulim for it! That was the first time I wore saree! *shy* The funny part of the wedding preparation was throughout the wedding preparation while we stayed over at Hanee's, I'm the only Chinese in the house. So while even Sally & Dai joined in the conversation in Tamil, the only thing I could do is watch the subtitles of the Bollywood film… LOL
Now that Hanee, Dai & Sally are still studying overseas, we'd try our best to meet up still every summer when they comes back, either travelling up or down.
Now that FAVOLA @ Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur is giving out chances to win a free meal for four, I'd like to invite Hanee, Dai & Sally! As Sally's graduating this summer while Hanee's birthday's coming up! It'll sure be a memorable meal at a special place!
Miss you girls~ Anticipating to meet you girls again this summer!

Stuck!
Yesterday after church, and when i was about to go home, i realised my car couldn't start! It was kinda late in the afternoon and most people has gone home.
I was practically stuck in the car park in front of the church! I called my sis whom was still in Subang, yet she said she's on the way for a swim at her friend's place… *orz… swimming is more important than your helpless sis is it?*
Sent a few sms to few friends that might be nearby but no reply...
Called my brother, THANK GOD he's around Subang, and he immediately came to my rescue! He checked and realised the battery has dried up… *sigh... obviously i'm the typical lady driver whom never thought of checking car batteries...*
We went to get some battery water and filled it up it still can't start, we needed a jumper cable which we don't have...
At this point, I have the urge of rambling again so I simply sent another sms to Tai Loong. And THANK GOD I SENT THAT SMS~ Wow, because of his help, he manage to contact few others who were still in church and GOT JUMPER CABLE!!
Weee~ Thank God for my bro, Tai Loong, Jin Chong, Tony & Kim Eng for rescuing my car ( & me)...
Lesson learnt: Need to start paying attention to the car, man... *and a simple help will really save a person's day~*
