终止

当年搬家的时候，是我跟妈妈一起到TM申请住家电话号码。
还记得当年我们还担心电脑random选出来的号码会不会太难记，结果服务人员就帮忙选了一个听了一遍当场就可记住的号码 :)

若干年后，再次搬家了，由于申请Unifi所以另有电话号码了，所以要把旧的电话号码终止。
带着妈妈的身份证复印件和死亡证明，填好表格，等到号码之后就当场立刻终止了这用了近9年的电话号码。
3377**** 再见了。

Pulau Ketam Trip

Although my hometown is Klang, most of my childhood years was spent in Ipoh. Thus I never been to Pulau Ketam though it's just a short hourney from Klang.
Unbelievable but true/

Somehow, Wai & his family decided to make a trip to Pulau Ketam this weekend.
Hotel room was booked, and we're ready to go.

Due to some error, our supposedly morning trip was delayed till afternoon trip, and later became an evening trip.
By the time all of us gathered at the Port Klang Jeti to Pulau Ketam, we're up for the last boat ride: 6.45pm.
The ride cost us RM7/pax.
We can see the sky turning purplish on the way to Pulau Ketam.

• As we reached the Pulau Ketam Jetty, our first destination was to locate our rooms at a less than 5-minutes walk from the jetty - Pulau Ketam Inn.Our room for 6 pax is RM128, reasonable. They have Wi-fi as well. Cool~

•  Dinner time. We thought of going to the main restaurant by the jetty as it was supposedly the most obvious (& probably the most famous?) restaurant. Anyhow, we've decided to ask the receptionist. Instead, she recommended us a "Restaurant Ah Peng"（达旺海鲜餐厅）located on Jalan Dua. It was a small restaurant but the tables were filled as well. We waited for quite some time upon ordering BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT~ The crab is JUICY & SWEET! *But later the boss said sorry the crabs today were not the best but they were out of stock.*

Back to the hotel rooms to bath & change, then we took a quick walk browsing around the streets. There's a temple, we shall see tomorrow. Seems like the main shops are all located on Jalan Besar & Jalan Dua. Sweet~ Hope tomorrow's gonna be a satisfying tour. :)

回憶

今早一起身就繼續“趕進度”。
每個人一走進我的房間都問我爲什麽那麽多東西？
姐問我：你這些箱子都什麽啊？
我說：我也不知道，應該都是“回憶”~
結果她在那兒大笑。

對啊... 我的書也比我姐少，衣服也不會比我姐多太多，CD... 可能真的多一點，可是.... 其餘的呢？
郵票、照片、信件、書簽~！！ orz...
我的童年真是多彩啊，我當年閑錢貌似也不少...
看來興趣太廣泛也不是件好事...

青春痕迹

近两个星期（我的学校假期啊~ *泡汤了*）的打包、搬运、重新整理...
过程：发觉我的青春真的非常多姿多彩，结果遗留下来的青春痕迹就是一堆留下来空纪念价值的东西。
青春痕迹：一堆CD （无悔啊~）+ 书 （励志书、小说、漫画、文学，真的曾经好爱书到吓人的地步） + 邮票 + etc.....
下场：每晚都腰酸背痛... 我的腰要静养了啦~

学校假期

嗯，到学校假期了！

很久没有这样为学校假期兴奋了~ 两个星期不用上课.. 虽然还是有其他东西忙，不过还是想大喊一声oh yeah~

短文: Informal letter

很久没有些短文了，这次为了要给学生范本，写了一篇。120真的难度很高，没能写成精华篇啊~

Your friend from Japan is planning to visit you next month. He is interested in finding out more about the Malaysian food. Write a letter in not less than 120 words informing him about the different types of food available in Malaysia.

Dear Yumiko,

Hello, how are you? I received your letter about your trip to Malaysia next month. I can’t wait to meet you!

In your letter, you’ve asked about Malaysian food. As you know, Malaysia, as a multi-racial country, is famous for its delicacy of different ethnics.

The most famous Malay food in Malaysia would definitely be ‘nasi lemak’ and satay. Nasi lemak is actually cooked with coconut milk (which is also known as ‘santan’), which is served with cucumber, fried peanuts, anchovies and sambal. Satay is pieces of meat poked through with a stick, then grilled. It’s something like ‘Yakitori’ in Japan. However, as the Malays do not eat pork, satay is either made of chicken, beef or lamb. You might find rabbit meat grilled too.

For Indian food, you may find ‘roti canai’, ‘naan’, ‘teh tarik’, nasi Bryani and others. They must eat with curry. All of these you may get it in any ‘mamak’ stalls. ‘Mamak’ means the Indian Muslims, so most of the stalls are run by the mamak. ‘Mamak’ culture can be only found in Malaysia, you must experience it when you come here.

For  Chinese, we have food such as fried kuey teow, dim sum, teo-chew porridge, fish head beehoon, laksa, prawn mee, and a lot more. Since you are coming over to my place, you must not miss the most famous food in my hometown: Bakuteh! Bakuteh is pork cooked with various herbs, served in claypot. I’ve been having it since young, and I’m still loving it.

再过半个小时就是英语讲故事比赛了。

我班的同学还没背完整个故事，怎么办？

唉，真的尽力就好... 毕竟也太少时间让她背了，而且她是昨天才知道今天初赛！*老师们都太混了，当初都忘了告诉他们时间...*

后记：
结果同学还真的就讲到她所背到的，然后“Thank you”，结束了。

What is the view of the outside world from a perspective of an autism child?

In conjunction with the World Autism Awareness Day, #SixteenFilm had their premier at The Curve with the National Autism Society on 2 April.

This year instead of stage drama production, my church (City Harvest KL) will be having a movie screening of this film (which is our first film production) !!!!

RIO

"Rio" is short for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Well, of course, which is the background city of this new animated film about a blur macaw bird. *I kept thinking the bird's name is Rio instead...*

Thanks to yes world, I got to watch this fun animation in advance!


First of all, from the creator of Ice Age, it's already a guarantee for lots of laughter~ :)


The comedy-adventure centres on Blu (Jesse Eisenberg), a rare macaw who thinks he is the last of his kind. When Blu discovers there's another - and that the other kind is a she - Blu then leaves the comforts of his cage in a small town in Minnesota and heads towards Rio. But it's far from love at first sight between the domesticated and flight challenged Blu and the fiercely independent, high-flying female, Jewel (Anne Hathaway).

Not only this animation captured the image & beauty of Rio, the spirit of Brazilian's carnival. They featured quite a lot of scenic views of Rio, including the Christ statue on Corcovado Mountain! *I didn't know it exist until this animation*

Well, as what you see in the picture above, it's almost the same of what you'd see of Rio in the animation. I must say they really did a fantabulous job on that!


As for the story, I basically laughed all the way... Personally, I think it's a lot better than "RANGO" (though that has my fav Johnny Depp) & "HOP" (despite all the cuteness)!
So if you're an animation person, or you simply wanna bring your kids for a show, I strongly recommend this! :)

遇蛇记

昨晚只有我和很难得在家的妹妹两个人，她在楼下我在楼上网。突然间她就惊天动地尖叫一声！*通常这情况只有我姐遇见壁虎的时候才会尖叫*

原来是家里进了一只蛇！
据说：妹妹原本想走后门到隔壁阿嫲家找一些甜点，殊不知走进厨房的时候，就迎面来一只蛇跟她say hi~

我到她旁边的时候，看到那条蛇，也立刻跳到椅子上~~
接着我在椅子上盯着那条蛇，然后我让妹妹到前门去住隔壁的舅舅过来救命！！

舅舅和阿姨过来后，蛇跑到冰箱底下... 阿姨和舅舅动用麻袋、洗衣篮、棍子... 才成功把蛇弄进麻袋... 原本舅舅想直接用高尔夫球杆直接打死那条蛇，可是阿姨说不要在屋子里杀蛇...所以就把麻袋放在屋子外面的塑料桶里，等明天再把它载到远处的小山坡去丢...

真的感谢舅舅阿姨的及时救命啊，要不然如果只有我和妹妹的话，真的懂该怎么办~~
